Update

To restore full service stability, we have made the decision to revert the changes from this maintenance window. The impact on IPv6 connectivity was greater than anticipated.

Our engineers are now initiating a rollback to the previous stable configuration. We expect all services, including IPv6 connectivity, to return to normal shortly as routes reconverge.

The router upgrade will be postponed and rescheduled for a later date. We will provide a final update once the network is confirmed to be fully stable. We apologize for the inconvenience this disruption has caused.

Update

We are currently investigating reports of IPv6 packet loss and connectivity issues impacting a subset of VPS customers. This is related to the route-convergence activity from the scheduled edge router upgrade.

Our network engineers are actively working to resolve the issue. IPv4 connectivity remains unaffected.
