The update in our authentication software caused a bug that can cause a notification in My Tilaa saying your e-mail needs to be verified.

Selecting the drop-down menu in the top right corner and logging out and in again solves this issue.

Another option is to remove your cookies.

Within the next 24 hours this error will be solved completely.

We will be updating our authentication software, due to this it's not possible to login in our systems.
The VPS' and cloud products won't be affected by this and will remain working. If you encounter issues that are not related to this, please contact support by mailing to support@tilaa.com.
