In response to the widespread and ongoing PHP cyber incident affecting infrastructure globally, we are taking immediate, proactive security measures across our platforms to keep everything safe and secure.
While our primary systems and public-facing environments are temporarily taking precautionary measures ("going dark") for auditing, we want to reassure you that your VPS instances and container access remain up, running, and fully accessible.
Current Status & Actions Taken VPS & Containers Active: Your running virtual private servers and container environments are operational. Direct access to your instances has not been interrupted.
Proactive Isolation: Supporting web panels, ancillary services, and management platforms have been temporarily restricted as a precautionary security isolation step while our engineering and security teams investigate the upstream PHP vulnerabilities.
Security Audits: Comprehensive checks and hardening procedures are currently taking place across our supporting infrastructure.
What This Means for You Access: You can still connect to your VPS and containers normally.
Management Panels: Certain web-based management portals or auxiliary features may be temporarily unavailable while we complete our security verification.
Data Security: Protecting your environment is our absolute top priority. We are taking every measure to ensure complete platform integrity.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these precautionary security steps. We will provide new updates as soon as more details on this incident are available.
We would like to advise you to shut down your own PHP-FPM instance that are running until further notice.
