We will be updating the infrastructure on which your workloads run. Applications and databases will be restarted during this maintenance.
Please note the following: Downtime: Single-node databases and applications will be temporarily unavailable during the restarts. Clusters: Multi-node database clusters will switch to available nodes. Repetition: Your container or database may be restarted several times during the maintenance window.
This maintenance will be on 04 December 2025 the whole day.

We will be updating applications and servers in production. This may result in Keycloak (authentication to MyTilaa and MyNexaa) having reduced availability during the day.
Other issues that may arise include Grafana dashboards being temporarily unavailable and changes to Nexaa products (containers, cloud-databases) may take longer than usual.
We will also be update servers related to your workload, but not the servers where your workload is running; this should not have an impact.
This maintenance will be on 03 December 2025 the whole day.
